Dispatch

Orders placed with CHARANJEET KAUR are packed and dispatched from Buckland, Waikato, New Zealand, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Packaging

Every order is folded and wrapped with care in protective packaging so your garments arrive in the condition they left us.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within New Zealand is typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. The exact amount is shown before you pay. All prices and shipping charges are displayed in US dollars (USD).

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
